Avery Johnston is from Vancleave, Mississippi. Born and raised in the heart of Mississippi, Avery's journey in softball began at Vancleave High School, where she dedicated four years to honing her skills and making her mark in the sport. During her time at Vancleave High, Avery's talent and dedication propelled her to remarkable heights, where she is the record holder for the most strikeouts in both a single season and career. Her relentless work ethic, coupled with her natural athleticism, solidified her reputation as a standout player within the community and beyond. After graduating from Vancleave High School, Avery continued her academic and athletic pursuits at the University of Mobile. Throughout her four years as a collegiate athlete, she showcased her exceptional talent, contributing significantly to her team's success.
Jill Robinson is a senior catcher at The University of Mobile and is from Mobile, AL. Jill played softball at Baker High School where she made the All-County Team all 4 years as well as the All-Region Team in her Junior and Senior season. She holds the Baker High School record for most pick offs in a single season. After high school, Jill went on to play at Troy University and went to the NCAA Regional in 2022. After 2 years at Troy, Jill moved back home to finish her final 2 years of college ball at The University of Mobile.
